PAYMENT HELD UNTIL DELIVERY
Buying from a country you have never bought from before only works if the money is safe. So it is.
Your card is charged at checkout by Stripe, our payment provider. The seller isn't paid yet.
Your payment is held until delivery is confirmed, then released to the maker. The seller is only paid after delivery, once a short hold ends (72 hours for trusted sellers, 7 days for new Stripe sellers, 15 days for new Wise sellers).
Delivery is confirmed by tracking, by you, or automatically 30 days after shipping. If you open a dispute before the seller has been paid, the payment stays on hold until it's resolved.
